Terms of Service

Placeholder — these terms will be finalized before the paid plan launches. Use of VibeHost during the beta is provided as-is with no warranty.

Acceptable use

Don't use VibeHost to host malware, phishing sites, content that infringes someone else's rights, or anything illegal where you live or where our servers run. We may suspend or remove content that violates this, without notice, at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of whatever you deploy. You grant us a license to store and serve it so the service can function. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Availability

We aim for reasonable uptime but make no SLA during the beta. Planned + unplanned downtime happens; keep backups of anything you can't afford to lose.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time; we'll remove your data within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, remain inactive for long periods, or abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VibeHost's liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during beta is zero).

Changes

We'll update these terms as the product matures. Material changes get a notice to the email on file.
